Reading Well

Looking for books to help support you understand and manage your health and wellbeing?

The Wellbeing Collection contains books from the Reading Well scheme that have been selected by health experts, as well as people with lived experience of the conditions and topics covered. The collection also includes recommendations from the University's Wellbeing Team.  

You can find print books on the 2nd floor of the Library near the central staircase, ebooks and audiobooks can be foud via the Wellbeing Collection resource list.
