Students in Psychology use the following two styles:

  • APA 7th edition (Psychology Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes)
  • (Cite Them Right) Harvard Referencing (Art Psychotherapy, Dance Movement Therapy, Music Therapy, Dramatherapy and Play Therapy Programmes)

Please double-check your module handbook and with your tutor if unsure which style is required for your programme.

Continuing postgraduate and research students using Harvard style - Cite Them Right provides guidance on Harvard style. It replaces the Roehampton Harvard Referencing style. However, guidance on the in-house Roehampton Harvard style will remain available by continuing students to their complete work.
