Specialist legal database providing access to Lloyd's law reports on Maritime and Commercial, and Insurance and Reinsurance law. After logging in with Shibboleth click 'Login' again. At the bottom of the next screen look for 'Do you have a corporate account?', then click on ‘register here’ and fill out the form. The following legal databases provide access to case reports, judgements, digests and comments.
To search a legal database for a report of a case, it is necessary to provide nothing more than the names of the parties. To do this select the cases search form, then enter the names of the parties into the 'case name' search field.
- BAILIIBritish and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) provides free online access to primary legal materials. Decisions from the major courts in UK are available in full text.
